WHY PROJECT PURPOSE
People grow when they overcome challenge together.
Kilimanjaro puts you in an unfamiliar, demanding place where perseverance and support matter more than titles or job roles. As the challenge builds, teams learn to rely on each other, communicate clearly and keep moving when it’s uncomfortable.
I learned the hardest lessons about altitude on Peak Lenin, where turning back in a whiteout kept my team safe. Every Kilimanjaro team I lead gets that same judgement.

A quieter approach from the north via Mawenzi Tarn to Kibo Hut, descending via Horombo.
